Our steering committee

Stephanie relocated to Vernon from Vancouver in 2021 to chase her obsession with biathlon and cross country skiing. After relocating from the Coast to the Okanagan, she ran in some municipal and provincial elections to get connected with the locals who wanted to bring about positive change. Stephanie aligned herself quickly with those in advocacy for the environment and in people with disabilities, and aligning herself with transportation seemed like an easy fit for both the environment and accessibility. Stephanie herself lives with a chronic illness, is trained in chronic condition management through exercise and lifestyle, and is currently working in third party disability management.
